These Terms govern your use of Lockstride (“Lockstride,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Who can use Lockstride

Lockstride is available only to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. By using Lockstride you confirm that both are true.

2. What Lockstride is — and is not

Lockstride is a personal planning and accountability tool. It helps you organize your time and goals. It is not medical care, mental-health therapy, or financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. Do not rely on Lockstride for any of those. For professional needs, consult a qualified professional. If you are in danger or crisis, call or text 988 (US) or call 911.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.

4. Payments

The 30-Day Lockstride Plan is a one-time purchase. Lockstride Pro is a recurring subscription you can cancel anytime from your account. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are shown before you pay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't misuse, copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Don't use Lockstride to harm yourself or others or to break the law.
  • Don't attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or other users' data.

6. Your content

You own the answers and information you enter. You grant us permission to process it to generate and deliver your plans. See our Privacy Policy.

7. No guarantees

Lockstride helps you plan and follow through, but results depend on you. We don't promise any specific outcome (financial, health, career, or otherwise). The service is provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the service. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using Lockstride and delete your account at any time.
