30-Day Lockstride Plan ($19, one-time)

Full refund within 7 days, no questions asked.If your plan isn't useful, email [email protected]within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You keep nothing to return — just let us know.

Lockstride Pro ($9.99/month)

You can cancel Pro anytime from your account, and you won't be charged again. Because Pro is billed monthly, we don't prorate partial months, but you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged by mistake, email us and we'll make it right.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
